If you encounter a genuine problem with the product you've received, we're committed to promptly replacing the item purchased. However, due to the nature of our frozen products and our unwavering dedication to maintaining a cold chain throughout the shipping process, once the item has been received by the customer, we regretfully cannot accept returns.
Please ensure to thoroughly inspect your delivery upon receipt. If you discover any concerns regarding the condition or quality of your frozen pet food, kindly reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll work diligently to address your issue and find a suitable resolution to ensure your satisfaction.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 20 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
